- The Business Central Team Member license supports access to informations in the ERP and participation in approval processes, but is limited in managing more complex business processes.

Special Licenses
External Accountant - 0 EUR / month
With the purchase of at least one Essential or Premium license, you can get 3 External Accountant licenses, which give you the same access as the Essential or Premium license at no extra cost. The maximum number of External Accountant licenses is 3, so you cannot increase the number by purchasing additional Essential or Premium licenses.
Device - 44 EUR / month
A device license that provides unique user identification and access to typically shared devices (data collection device, cash register, etc.). By using the license, users are named and their activity can be tracked, thus ensuring audit requirements. With a device license, multiple users cannot log in at the same time. Certain administrative tasks (e.g. running scheduled tasks) cannot be used.
